The Mattress Factory is a wonderful buying experience if you don't want a high pressured sales person following you around and telling you a lot of things that aren't even relevant to what you want. First we went to the store in Springfield and were greeted by an experienced sales person, who was very informative but did not tell us a lot of nonsense. We went to other stores and compared but returned to the Mattress Factory, this time in Newtown Square because it was closest to where we were. The manager was very warm, allowed us to take our time even though the store was closing in 30 min and we made our selection in very little time. The product was delivered a couple of days later and has been very comfortable. I would certainly go here first the next time but I don't think I'll need another mattress for a while.
