We do not offer comfort trials on mattresses. The reason for this is that manufacturers do not take back the mattresses that were slept on because they were too hard or too soft. Manufacturers only warrant for defect. It is the dirty secret of the industry. No one ever seems to ask the question of, "What happens to the bed that was slept on for 30 or 60 nights?" The reason is that you won't like the answer. Many retailers that offer a comfort trial will put the used mattress, if not scuffed or soiled, back in stock to be delivered to the next unsuspecting customer. Or, they will sell it as a left over or floor sample. So, please beware of companies that offer comfort trials.

At The Mattress Factory, we carry only the finest name brands. All of our products offer Manufacturer's Warranties.
If there are stains the manufacturer may deny warranty service.
Manufacturers have the right to repair or replace defective mattresses or foundations. Most manufacturers' warranties are voided if the mattress is stained or soiled. We suggest using a mattress protector.
Mattress should be rotated every couple of months.
All manufacturers require proper frame support for their mattresses.
Warranty transportation costs and inspection fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
Some warranties are prorated.
All warranties come from the manufacturer. The manufacturer makes the final decision on all warranty claims.

Returns Mattresses & Futon Mattresses
Please inspect your new mattress at the time of delivery. If there is a defect or a problem we will gladly take it back on the truck that day. You have the option of rescheduling a new delivery date or receiving a refund. Once the mattress has been delivered and is in the home overnight no returns will be allowed. We do not offer comfort exchanges under any circumstance. Manufacturers only warrant for defect and do not take back mattresses that are too hard or too soft. This is a sanitary issue and we will not re sell used bedding.
Returns Iron Beds, Wood beds and Bed frames
If after deliver or pick up there is a problem with your new Iron or Wood bed then please call 855-456-MATTRESS for assistance. Any damaged parts or missing items will be replaced. You may return an unopened iron or wood bed at no charge but any items that are opened are subject to a 20% re stocking fee.
Refunds on any credit card purchases will be credited directly to your account. Allow 48 hours from the time of refund for the credit to show up in your account. Cash or check payments will be refunded in the form of a check sent to the address and name on your sales receipt. Allow 1 week from the time of refund for your check to arrive.
