CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY: $59 INSPECTION FEE / $49 DELIVERY AND PICK UP FEE
Within the first 90 days from delivery The Mattress Factory will:
A. Refund the inspection fee if the mattress is defective.
B. Pay the cost of local delivery.
NO WAREHOUSE OR STORE PICKUPS FOR DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES!
GENERAL WARRANTY INFORMATION
Please read your manufacturers warranty card for detailed coverage. The Mattress Factory carries only the finest name brands. All of our products offer the manufacturers warranty.
- Manufacturers warranties are voided if the mattress is stained, soiled or abused in any way.
- Warranty transportation costs and inspection fees are the responsibility of the end user.
- Mattresses should be rotated every 3 months.
- All manufacturers require proper frame support. Queen and King require center support.
- Manufacturers have the right to repair or replace defective mattresses and/or foundations.
- Some warranties are pro-rated, (worth lower value of the original cost over time)
All warranties come from the manufacturer.
The manufacturer will make the final decision on all warranty claims.
- Warranties do not cover firmness or comfort preference.
