We walked into the Mattress Factory after some internet research showing good reviews and seeing a great deal they were running. Ken R. greeted us and walked us through our options. He wasn't pushy and was very knowledgeable. The experience was great and we would recommend them to folks looking for a good experience, good selection, and good price. We are sleeping much better.
