Went to look at a futon for my grandson. The salesman Andres was so helpful. He explained to us they only carried one there, but when we asked if it was easy to open up into a bed he was so honest. He explained it would be difficult for my grandson to do himself. It required 2 people and could cause scratches to hardwood floors . Rather than try to convince us to buy and BS us he didn’t. We left without purchasing but we left with a good impression of the store. When I need a mattress I will definitely go there for one. They go out of their way and are honest.
