Steven was wonderful - we came in sleep deprived and he was the perfect balance of engaging us without overwhelming us. He seemed to read what we wanted very quickly and we ended up with a great, great mattress. He took plenty of time with us and we're thrilled with our Tempurpedic. Thank you!!
