I arrived at the Mattress Factory at 3:30pm and was out of there with the PERFECT mattress only 40 minutes later! Mike greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was extremely patient and thorough when answering my barrage of questions. I was already sold on Mattress Factory when I saw the "No Hassle! No Commission!" tagline on their website. I could not have imagined a better mattress buying experience!
