I call looking for a 4th of July sale price. I was scanning the internet and called the mattress to compare prices with the local Macy's store, etc. Westly answered the phone, with a friendly personality. I told him I wanted to find a Simmoms Black C class as I sleep on several in my cousins homes while visiting, my cousins for a Sept 2019 wedding. I was hooked. So he suggested a L class and I trusted him. Today after delivery, I now know why. It is so soft and feels good for these Ret USAF old bones. I told him to send me a puppy instead of sheep. That didn't happened but the bed is beauty. I want to acknowledge his professional manner and suggesting a better mattress for me and my comfort level. He is an asset for your company and should you have a plant meeting, give him a letter of appreciation for his excellent customer service. It ensures the store and it owners are successful in the world of poorly made often cheap mattresses. Beth McGee
