We had a great experience both in the store and delivery and set up of our new mattress set. Once delivered we realized we needed to get the low profile box spring and the replacement was done in less than a week. We are very happy with our new set.

I had a wonderful experience buying a new mattress set at The Mattress Factory. Len was extremely helpful in helping me choose the perfect mattress for my comfort and budget.
Overall experience was very great. Sales floor looked amazing and the salesman was polite and knowledgeable. I only wish the salesman maybe steered us a little better, but it was still a great experience and I am very happy with the overall process.
Good mattress. Giving a four because I could not find the correct location (Plymouth Meeting) in the location drop down when registering for warranty. Had to select an alternative location since it was a required field. Hope this will not impact if any claims are made in the future.

I initially had gone to "the other mattress store" and walked out. I researched Mattress Factory and since it is near where I work, I stopped in. I was sold on the mattress and the salesman, Dennis. No pressure sales and he was very personable.
Salesperson was knowledgeable and mattress appears to be a quality product. Looking forward to using it.
