I have been looking for a firm mattress for the price $500 and under and they had a mattress that met my needs. They also offered me a 6 months financing plan.
Mostly hassle free experience. Purchasing a mattress is never a good experience, as you always feel like you are getting screwed. Mattress Factory was better than most.
Convenient location. I liked the fact there are supposedly no commissioned sales people. Although my sales person did not always speak to me and look me in the eye most of the time, I had no choice but to believe all info he gave me was true.
