I walked in the store knowing that I was just looking to compare with another store that I was at just prior to my TMF visit. I was immediately greeted and made to feel welcome. Ken had his hands full with me because I didn't want the pressure of the salesman that needed the sale. Ken explained that they do not work on commission. He took his time with us, left us alone to discuss our options, allowed us the freedom to check every mattress we wanted to, listened to and respected our opinion, and in the end made sure we were getting the best deal after checking with manager to be sure he had the correct pricing. What I really appreciated is that the manager also came over and explained in detail the coiling, structure of the product, the history of the company, the quality and the standard of Serta. We will be needing another set and we will definitely be visiting TMF Montgomeryville, especially after such a pleasant experience. The only disappointment is that I purchased a set for my daughter about 6 months ago from somewhere else and I now know I would have received a much better product if I would have just remembered to go to TMF.
