We were very happy with a previous purchase and the expertise of the salesperson. This purchase has not yet been received, but we once again had a great salesperson. Erich was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. He even intervened with the "spousal disagreement" we had! ;) Let's hope our new mattress is as great as the last!
