Steven at the Mattress Factory was an awesome salesman. He did very little "traditional pushy salesman pitching" and a lot of real conversation. He listened to our needs and gave us real facts on each bed. Gave great recommendations and we didn't feel pressured to buy a mattress. We plan on returning to purchase our son a mattress and Steven has already recommended some great choices. We love our mattress already, it feels like a cloud. Thanks so much Mattress Factory! :-)
