Erich was awesome! Very patient with my 100 questions and extremely knowledgeable. This is our 4th mattress purchase at The Mattress Factory. Our very first experience was looking for a bed for our 5 year old. Every other places was hounding us to buy a $3500 mattress....for a 5 year old! Last stop - TMF -- told Ron our story - he took us right up stairs and pointed to a $400 bed. Perfect! So, when it was time to replace that $400 bed, we went directly to TMF. Our 3rd purchase was for Mom. Again perfect customer service. Now, this is our 4th purchase and extremely happy once again. Have recommended TMF to several friends and family. We will never bother going anywhere else!
