The salesman Jerry was the most helpful sales person I have ever met, no pressure what so ever. I told him what I was looking for he gave me some options, and what to consider. I tried several models and tried different brands and he answered all my questions very professionally. I left the store and shopped at two other stores and came back to Mattress Factory within two days and placed my order. Delivery was easy and the delivery guys were polite, plus they spoke English!
