This is the second mattress and box spring we have purchased from The Mattress Factory. The store is easy to move around in and the salespeople are friendly and give you plenty of time to try out all mattresses that you want. They are quick to answer any questions while giving you the alone time to look around without being intrusive. The delivery is quick and very well done! The old bed was out and new one set up quickly. I would definitely recommend The Mattress Factory.
