I had first called the "other" mattress store in Exton, PA only to be treated badly on the phone and not provided answers to my questions. I then called Mattress Factory and spoke to Jerry Polansky who was extremely pleasant to deal with. He answered all my questions and made my purchase quick and easy. He was even nicer in person and once again, very helpful in providing information I needed to make my final purchase. I would not consider going back to any other store for future purchases. My experience was top notch!
