Our salesperson was knowledgeable and laid back. My wife and I took planets of time trying out several mattresses in the store and returned the following day and spent some more time on the floor samples. We left with a signed contract and a delivery date for the following weekend. We were more than satisfied with our buying experience and we love our new mattress.
