We had been shopping for a new mattress and reviews online lead us to Mattress Factory. We worked with Jerry Polansky who was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant to deal with. We truly felt assisted and not pressured to buy what he wanted to sell. He encouraged us to take the time to experience the different options, so we did. We spent at least two hours trying different mattress's and narrowing down our choices. We returned the following week, spent more time and made our choice. Jerry was very pleasant and made this purchase a fun experience! Imagine that!!
