I was dreading the process of purchasing a mattress. From past experiences the sales people are aggressive and always trying to up-sell you. My experience at the Mattress Factory in Exton was the complete opposite. Jerry was not only professional, friendly and knowledgeable but his main goal was to get us the bed that was best for us no matter if it was less expensive than others we had looked at. Their prices are unbeatable and I highly recommend visiting their store.
