Excellent customer service during the buying process. Didn't feel pressure to make a purchase. Wasn't satisfied with delivery of the new set - guys didn't take away old set, didn't take away garbage (box, plastic, etc.). Call MF, said they would "make a phone call but couldn't make any promises".
