This spring, we finally got tired of sleeping in divots and waking up with backaches, and we decided to replace our old queen mattress with a king. We did some research and decided on a Simmons Beautyrest Black series, but we couldn't find a store that had more than one or two models for us to try out. We heard from several people that Mattress Factory had a large selection on the showroom floor, so we decided to try them out during their Memorial Day Sale weekend. We walked in on a rainy Thursday, and walked out an hour later with a delivery date for our new mattress. Patrick Murphy, the store manager, was great to deal with, which was a relief after the high-pressure atmosphere at several other stores. The only minor mishap was that the delivery truck was bogged down with deliveries from the sale weekend, and they arrived later than anticipated. Patrick called us to let us know, and the delivery guys apologized for being late (how often does that happen?!). They were both efficient and polite, and they had the bed set within 30 minutes. I give them a 5-star rating because: 1) Patrick was both knowledgable and helpful, 2) the showroom is huge, and they use the manufacturer's model names so you know what you are getting, and 3) they made it right when there was a delay in delivery time. Thanks, Patrick...We love our new mattress!!!
