My wife and I visited several mattress retailers in the Philly metro area and researched mattresses online. We were so pleased with the service provided by the Mattress Factory manager, Jerry Polansky, that we made a second visit to Mattress Factory's Exton, PA, location and purchased three queen sets. The sales representative, Steven, from whom we purchased the sets, was also extremely knowledgeable of the products. Perhaps the thing we remembered best about both representatives is that neither criticized the competition and relied only on their own honesty and excellent products. Unfortunately, several competitors were critical of other company's products. We encourage others in need of quality products and service to give this location a try.
