Everyone I dealt with on multiple visits to the store was friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I have slept on a waterbed for over 30 years so we were a little anxious about buying a "conventional" mattress. These folks know their stuff and really put us at ease. Price was better than the furniture store where we bought our bed. Delivery was on time and the delivery guys were just as friendly as the store staff. Great experience and I highly recommend them!
