I purchased a Beautyrest Black Natasha Luxury Firm Pillowtop Queen set. When the mattress was delivered, there were several punctures near the thick binding around the mattress (top of mattress binding). I was infuriated that I spent $2,800 for a "high quality" mattress that was damaged. Mattress Factory did deliver me a new mattress with no damage. However, It took 5 days to get a new mattress from the Simmons Beautyrest factory. Had I been delivered a undamaged mattress, I would have 5 stars.
