All I can say is Andrew Hoven at the Mattress Factory in Montgomeryville, PA is AWESOME!!! He took the time to explain the different mattress types from the IComfort to the Beautyrest. I was looking to replace my 18 year old mattress. I let my husband pick it out this time. Andrew was correct when he recommended the IComfort Hybrid Blue Fusion 1,000 Plush Pillowtop. My husband got his firmness and I got my pillowtop comfort. We were there over an hour trying out the different mattresses. Andrew recommended we lay on the bed for at least 5 minutes to see if we liked the mattress. He asked us a lot of questions before he made a recommendation. We have slept on our mattress for a week now and it's the BEST sleep I have ever had!!!! Thanks to Andrew, my husband doesn't toss and turn at all during the night. The IComfort has a cooling feature that keeps him from trying to cool down during the night. Andrew also recommended the Quest pillows with cooling technology. My husband has had the BEST night sleep with this pillow. If you go, ask for Andrew or Pat. Both give quality service and listen to your concerns before making a recommendation. Best of all, we were able to delay delivery and schedule it when we were ready. The delivery men were great. They set-up our bed quickly and were able to maneuver our tight staircase with ease. They were in and out so quick, I was amazed.
