After researching online I decided to go to The Mattress Factory. I liked the idea of no commission sales people. The reviews were all very good. John was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained the differences in the beds to us and didn't try to persuade us in any direction. He gave us the information and we tested out some beds and made our decision. It was a fast and easy process. John said it would be delivered on Thursday & it was and the delivery showed up during the time quoted. I would recommend John & The Mattress Factory to everyone!
