Overall, very satisfied with my mattress purchase and experience at the store. The mattress itself had several pulled threads that I had to cut with scissors; but, other than that, it is very comfortable and I'm happy that I made the decision to go to Mattress Factory (which was a very nice store with a very helpful salesman named Bob). So far it seems to be a good value.
