To be honest, the reason we bought from The Matress Factory is because they were the only store that did not have a salesperson hound us and lead us to the most expensive bed in the store as soon as we walk in the door. The salesperson that did help us (Patrick Murphy - Manager at Montgomeryville, PA location) allowed us to walk around and check out all of the matresses on our own, while answering questions if needed. Their prices were relatively the same as the other competitors, but customer service got TMF this sale! I'm still going through the adjustment period of a new matress, so I can't really rave about how amazing I feel, but I haven't been sweating anymore thanks to the new cooling features!
