John did a great job showing us all the different mattresses in the showroom and eventually pointing us in the right direction to the king and queen sets we purchased. The mattresses were delivered a few days later by an excellent delivery team. They respected my home and were extremely careful while taking away the old sets and delivering the new ones. I am 100% satisfied with Mattress Factory and will absolutely buy any mattresses in the future from them.
