Sunny was informative and helpful without any pressure. I told him what I needed. He introduced me to two mattresses of the same brand. One was less expensive and not as supportive. The other was top of the line. My back chose the top of the line! No question and I know it was money well spent. My old mattress was old and causing much back pain.
