I purchased a mattress set in person at the store. There are many mattresses to choose from, and making a selection is time consuming. Having chosen one style I discovered that set was not working out for me at home due to sagging that was later determined by a manufacturer's rep to be a defect. The store was prompt and efficient in arranging the mattress inspection at my house and offered to exchange the defective one for another of my choosing. That's is where Sunny was so helpful and patient, as I tried out and compared four different mattresses from two manufacturers differing from the manufacturer of my original purchase. With no delays, he wrote up my exchange order and scheduled a prompt delivery of my chosen new mattress from stock in the warehouse.
