I recently had a great experience with Mattress Factory. John the salesman was a great help in helping me find the right mattress for my back issues. He was very patient and explained the different types of mattresses thoroughly. The delivery fee to have the mattress placed in my house is extremely reasonable. Overall, a great experience and great service.
