Me and my wife had gone to multiple Matress stores before going into The Matress Factory. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to deal with the sales person who was friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. We did not feel like we were forced into a decision, but instead given good advise on how to pick out a Matress that suited our needs. And we left the store feeling like we got a great value for a great product. Our son loves his new Matress, and we will definitely be going back to The Matress Factory for all of our future Matress needs.
