We walked in and immediately greeted. We were not hounded. We walked around and asked questions about the beds we were standing in front of. Bob was very helpful and answered all of the questions without following us around and pushing to buy this one or that one. We were not asked about our budget. When we decided on the mattress that we wanted, he gave us the possible dates of delivery, sales on the bed, filled out paperwork efficiently and quickly. We left feeling excited about finally getting a new bed. We were told that we were 5 years overdue for a new mattress.
