Quick and easy. Walked in saw what we wanted and liked the price. Erich was our sales person and very helpful.
We actually worked with three different salespersons. All were very knowledgeable, low pressure and offered an enjoyable experience.
Went to 5 different mattress stores, including the mattress factory. Jerry, the sales person, was the most informative, knowledgeable and least pushy out of all the stores we went, which made for a better shopping experience.
The salesperson was very informative and did not pressure to purchase the most expensive mattress set. He gave us ample time to consider all mattress options and test various products. Overall, our experience was GREAT!

I purchased this bed after sleeping on a Simmons Beautyrest at a Marriott Courtyard. It's too new to confirm its comfort. Salesperson was helpful and not pushy and delivery was conveniently scheduled.
